I have always loved sports, I grew up playing competitive soccer and then volleyball while at the Naval Academy. Unfortunately, I hurt my knee in the Navy, an injury that required 9 surgeries. The combination of injury and becoming a mother to my two sons left me 40 pounds heavier and with limited strength, mobility, and fitness. Like many others, I believed calorie-restrictive dieting was the only way to control my weight, and that the loss of knee function was irreversible.
Luckily, in 2013 I met a coach and trainer who changed my life and pointed me down the path of whole nutrition and strength. In 2014 I found CrossFit and Olympic lifting and rediscovered the athlete I thought was gone forever.
I coach to help others accomplish their fitness and nutrition goals and to live the healthy and active lives they desire. Changing your body takes time and perseverance, but with a plan and support, you can do it. My goal is to pay it forward

Hi! I’m Molly and I’m really stoked to be joining the powerhouse ladies with Fit MeNutrition.
I work as a Registered Nurse and see chronic illness day-in and day-out. While some conditions cannot be avoided due to genes or circumstances, there are many that can be eliminated completely through a healthy lifestyle. I know this to be true because I’ve done it. A few years ago my Boo and I began making deliberate changes in our routine and slowly but surely we’ve built an entirely different life for ourselves. We’ve lost a combined 85 pounds but more importantly, we’re simply happier people.
As an RN, it is expected of me to continuously educate myself regarding health science and medicine. Since I completely dig learning, that has never been a struggle for me and I find myself seeking out nutrition and dietary information regularly. I’m really excited to share with you the things I’ve learned and in addition to learning from you and your experiences.
On a personal note, my fella and I live with our wack-a-doo hound dog Junebug. I am head-over-heels in love with food and travel. I try to hit a food tour in every new city I travel to. I’m a total food prep nerd and I’m always looking for ways to make the process more efficient while keeping it fresh and interesting. Also, I’m a complete outdoors nut. Being outside feels really good to me so I strive to get out
and hike as often as possible.

Hello! My name is Brooke Moats. I have been married for three years, and during that time we moved from Ohio to Alabama, and now live in Southern Maryland. Growing up, I was involved in anything and everything outdoors. I also played basketball for seven years, and volleyball for three, so I was always active. Even after high school, I tried to stay fit by doing at-home workouts and running, but it just wasn’t enough for me, I needed something more competitive. While living in Alabama, I was a preschool teacher, where a few people recommended that I try a Crossfit gym they attended. Once I did Foundations, I immediately fell in love, and haven’t looked back since! I am passionate about fitness and helping people with their goals.
